When a suitable candidate is identified, their profiles are forwarded immediately to the client for review.

If a suitable candidate is not readily available, Sara Beattie Appointments will use its media resources to advertise while still assuring confidentiality for the client. All Resume Screening, Skills Matching and Testing will be carried out by experienced consultants.
